Registration fees include: Conference documentation, book of abstracts in a digital format before the conference, ebook of proceedings after the conference, coffee breaks, lunches, social program and gala dinner. The gala dinner will take place September 21, 2022.
Final acceptance and publication is contingent upon payment of the registration fee by the presenting author.
Online Registration: Registration will close September 12, 2022.
Student registration: Student rate attendees must send by e-mail to the Conference Secretariat, a letter from
their Department Head/Chair that states that the attendee is a full time student.
Cancellation and refund policy: Non-author registrants who cannot attend, and do not send a substitute, will receive a refund on their registration fee with a cancellation fee of 100 Euro if the refund request is received in writing by July 1, 2022. Registrants are liable for their full fees after that date (i.e., NO refund will be made).
There will be no refund to the author registrants. In this case the paid fees can be applied to a substitute speaker.
