Announcement 8 July 22: Session Formats
Having completed the review process, we thank all authors for their contributions.
We kindly remind authors of accepted contributions that the Final version (for publication in the Conference Proceedings) is due 15.07.2022 (via Your submissions -> Final Upload in ConfTool, in .doc format).
Here are some indications for live presentations during the conference.

The Local Organising Committee, in agreement with SEFI
Parallel Sessions are one-hour duration, with four oral presentations by session. For each oral presentation, the time allocated is 10 minutes and 5 minutes for questions.
Moderators of sessions will be asked to be strict on time.
The duration of the Poster Pitch session is 30 minutes. Each poster author will be allowed 45 seconds to pitch the
poster (supported by a single slide, if wished).
The Poster Session is one-hour duration. Layout of the Poster: Format A0 printed in glossy, normal paper or textile with portrait (vertical) orientation.
Each workshop session is one-hour duration.
